Methodology
How profiles are researched.
Provider profiles are built from public source pages, structured fields, URL checks, and launch QA. The goal is to make vendor research easier to scan, not to certify a vendor or replace direct due diligence.

What gets captured
- Company identity, website, headquarters, contact paths, and service area.
- Services, specialties, practice-fit notes, software/EHR references, and pricing language.
- Source URLs used to verify public claims when they are available.
How claims are handled
- Specific claims are shown when a public page lists them directly.
- Broad claims, such as "50+ EHR platforms," are labeled as broad coverage notes instead of expanded into unverified lists.
- Unavailable fields are treated as not publicly listed rather than assumed.
Corrections and monetization
- Provider pages include an update form. Suggested corrections should include a source URL when possible.
- Sponsored placements are not active at launch.
- Future paid placements will be visibly disclosed if they are introduced.
